The Accused in the case or kidnap of Benjamin Ezemma (Big Ben) Ozo Jeff Nweke today appeared in court in a stretcher also carrying drip and neck brace, this is coming at the back of his absence in the previous court sitting and would have risked a bench warrant slammed on him if he was absent in today’s sitting.
According to individuals who pleaded anonymity, That this kind of appearance is a mere distraction to the judicial process as this is a mere fabrication in other to be granted bail and not be kept in the prison pending the outcome of this trial which is a for a criminal offence.
