Member Representing Aguata Federal Constituency Hon. Chukwuma Umeoji has decamped to the All Progressive Congress APC ahead of the Anambra State Gubernatorial Election which is slated to hold on November 6th 2021.
The lawmaker who was disqualified by All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA from contesting in the party gubernatorial primary election and went to ensue in a legal battle with the party after pitching tent with a group who termed themselves the national leadership of the All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA but got disappointed by the Supreme Court Judgement which upheld Chief Victor Oye as the National Chairman of the Party.
This move is sensed to be a last minute move to spite the Party one whose back he rod to win a seat in the Federal House of Representatives.
