MD/SG OCHA BRIGADE, INSPECTS THE ONGOING DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL OF SHANTIES AT OGBUNIKE.
Operation Clean and Healthy Anambra; Ocha Brigade led by Chief Celestine Anere continued their demolition and removal of shanties and illegal structures constructed by roadside traders along the Enugu-Onitsha Expressway.
The enforcement team had within the week, enforced the demolition and removal of illegal shanties/structures at Igbariam and Toll Gate Ogbunike.
Today, under the supervisory of the MD/SG of Ocha Brigade, the enforcement team ensured that all shanties and illegal structures that has been defacing the state long these Federal Highways as well as those constructed under the power line were removed.
It’s part of the agency’s earlier directive on ban on street trading, desilting and blockage of waterways by traders, which has become a menace incross the state.
