The sit at home in the south eastern starts of the country has taken another tune as two young men were shot dead in Nnewi in the early hours of today around Izuchukwu Junction.
This has sent a wave a fear across the town as activities have been shutdown and businesses closed up, people have stayed back in their respective homes because of their safety.
Similarly businesses activities have been shutdown in the commercial city of onitsha as all markets in the city did not open and commercial transports going outside of the town have their parks equally shutdown as well, The state capital Awka housing government offices are partially open, banks shutdown and markets equally shutdown as well, roads on the town have few vehicle plying them.
This shutdown is taking serious economic toll on the people as they have their means of livelihood put on hold.
The big question here is ” DOES THIS SIT AT HOME IN ANY WAY HELP IN THE IPOB’S STRUGGLE FOR SELF DETERMINATION?”
