Tanker Explosion Rocks Upper Iweka Onitsha

Reports reaching us has it that there has been a Petroleum product tanker Explosion around Upper Iweka axis of Onitsha this morning.

According to an eye witness who had to jump out from a bus he boarded for his safety, he said the sad event took place in front of zenith bank by Tarzan Motors on Owerri Road.

The extent of damage caused by this explosion is yet to be known.

As at the time of filing in this report men of Federal Fire Service have arrived the scene of the incident to manage the situation.
